There is no physical SHIPPING involved in any form including CDs / PEN Drive / Any other media
No Shipping, hence no courier service is there
All the products purchased can be accessed immediately by the customers on our course platform

For all the courses sold from our website, we have a standard 14-day money back guarantee
Customer needs to send email on support@kitflix.com on or before 14-day from making purchase
The customer amount will be refunded in full without any deductions arising due to payment gateways
No questions asked except a feedback from the customer while issuing refunds
